Terms & Conditions

Top Performers Retreat – Terms & Conditions (Code of Conduct) As of Jan 1, 2020

The Top Performers Retreat (TPR) is a reward, but it’s also a responsibility. Eligibility for the TPR is not determined solely by sales performance. While production remains an important component, qualification is based on a comprehensive evaluation of each individual’s overall contribution, consistency, and conduct within the organization.

All candidates are assessed using the following criteria:

Here’s what we evaluate:

1. Production (Sales Performance)

    •    Consistent, high-level results in the field

    •    Ability to meet and exceed standards

    •    Not just flashes of success, sustained performance

2. Attendance & Work Ethic

    •    Showing up daily with intention

    •    Working full days, not partial effort

    •    Demonstrating discipline and consistency

3. Time Management

    •    Maximizing hours in the field

    •    Staying focused and productive throughout the day

    •    Comes in on time practically every single day with few exceptions.

4. Reliability

    •    Someone we can count on - no excuses, no inconsistency

    •    Keeps commitments to leadership and the team

    •    Shows up the same way every day

5. Team Development

    •    Actively building and contributing to a team

    •    Leading by example, not just words

    •    Helping others grow while growing yourself

6. Character & Professionalism

    •    Positive attitude and strong mindset

    •    Handles adversity with maturity

    •    Represents the organization with integrity at all times

7. Compliance & Ethical Conduct

    •    Zero tolerance for non-compliance

    •    Follows all company policies and standards

    •    Protects the reputation of the team and organization

8. Being an Asset to the Organization

    •    You make the office better because you’re in it

    •    You bring energy, solutions, and leadership - not problems

    •    You are someone others can look up to

Remember: You are representing not just yourself, but the entire organization. Just because you’re on a trip does not mean the standards disappear. If anything, expectations are higher.

1. Disorderly or Belligerent Behavior

    •    Excessive intoxication that leads to loss of control is not acceptable

    •    No loud, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior

    •    If you can’t handle yourself, you will be removed from the environment

2. Substance Use (Zero Tolerance)

    •    No illegal substances under any circumstance

    •    No possession, use, or distribution

    •    Immediate removal from the trip if violated

3. Conflict & Altercations

    •    No physical or verbal altercations

    •    This includes:

    •    Team members

    •    Guests at the resort/cruise

    •    Staff or employees

    •    You are expected to de-escalate, not contribute to problems

4. Respect for Property & Environment

    •    No damage to hotel, cruise, or venue property

    •    You are financially responsible for any damages caused

    •    Respect shared spaces and accommodations

5. Professional Conduct

    •    You represent the company at all times

    •    No inappropriate, reckless, or embarrassing behavior

    •    Maintain a level of professionalism that reflects leadership

6. Respect for Others

    •    No harassment, inappropriate advances, or disrespectful behavior

    •    Respect personal boundaries at all times

    •    What might feel like “fun” to you may be disrespectful to someone else—be aware

7. Accountability & Curfew Awareness

    •    Be where you’re supposed to be, when you’re supposed to be there

    •    Show up on time for any scheduled group activities

    •    Don’t disappear or become unreachable

8. No Negative Representation of the Organization

    •    No behavior that damages the reputation of the team

    •    No social media content that reflects poorly on the organization

    •    If it wouldn’t be acceptable in the office, it’s not acceptable here

The Standard: Let me be clear:

This trip is not just about having fun, it’s about who you are when you’re given freedom. Anyone can act right when they’re being watched. Leaders act right when they’re not.

Consequences: Failure to meet these standards can result in:

    •    Termination of your Independent Contractor agreement

    •    Being sent home at your own expense

    •    Disqualification from future trips

    •    Loss of leadership opportunities

Final Reminder: You earned the right to be here. Now prove you deserve to stay. Have fun, enjoy the experience,, but do it with discipline, awareness, and respect. Because at the end of the day…Leadership doesn’t take a vacation.
